Although not officially, Benchmark really started in the 90’s through our endless hours of Lego construction. As we got older, this passion for creating turned into “borrowing” dad’s tools (some of which are still missing to this day eh dad?) to construct treehouses, forts and go carts. Basically anything that could be built, we built it.

Fast forward a few decades and we are still creating together, alongside an incredible team, just on a bit larger of a scale. Kent being a UNB business grad and Mark a Red Seal carpenter, teaming up just made sense.

Our mission was to create a company that values family, integrity and quality, all wrapped into one for our clients, our employees and us.

Mark is a Red Seal carpenter with over 15 years experience in the trade, leading large commercial and residential projects. Mark has a mind for design and a passion for customer service. Being the main point of contact with our clients, his professionalism and insight concerning project planning and overview is second to none.

Kent has a degree in Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick. He provides entrepreneurial knowledge essential for development, sustainability, and growth. While maintaining essential day-to-day operations, Kent ensures our business and employees are managed and organized effectively and fluently.
